On May 12, 2021, at the Hanoi training facility, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) signed a cooperation agreement with Lancs Vietnam Technology Corporation (LANCS), known as Lancs Networks.
Presenting at the signing ceremony from LANCS were Mr. Ha The Truong, CEO; Mr. Thai Trung Kien, Board member; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Board member. Representing the Institute were Mr. Dang Hoai Bac, Deputy Director, and leaders from various faculties, departments, and functional units.
According to the cooperation agreement, PTIT and LANCS will collaborate comprehensively to leverage their potentials, exploit advantages, expand development, diversify research activities, and integrate training with production and business. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of both parties, contributing to the “Made by Vietnam” program and becoming one of the pioneering Vietnamese units in producing and trading network and cybersecurity products, driving the digital revolution.
The signing of the cooperation agreement with LANCS aims to strengthen the integration of research, training, and production-business activities, gradually improving the quality and effectiveness of information and communication work. It aims to provide and combine scientific and technological products and training for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, creating a practical environment for research and development activities in the ICT field.
Additionally, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and Lancs Vietnam Technology Corporation will collaborate in researching and producing new electronic and telecommunications products (high-tech devices, next-generation telecommunications network devices, etc.) for society in the field of information and communication in the near future.
