LINKSAFE – A solution developed according to the Zero Trust architecture and national standards for information security, providing a comprehensive information security and safety ecosystem from infrastructure to system administration, helping to improve network management and monitoring efficiency, and comprehensive information security against modern threats.

LINKSAFE – Solution Components
1. IT Infrastructure Management Module
LINKSAFE IFM (IT Infrastructure Management) enables the management of the entire IT infrastructure to optimize operational efficiency, investment, and ensure safe and reliable operation, minimizing errors and preventing intentional errors during operation. It also supports alerts for potential system security vulnerabilities.

Some Key Features:
- IT Asset Management: The system manages the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and usage to disposal, helping administrators understand all their owned IT assets and their operational location within a single system.
- Monitoring IT operations: The automation system collects IT infrastructure activity data (such as automatically collecting device performance metrics, analyzing and predicting incidents, and providing immediate alerts when anomalies occur).
- Collect and manage virtualization systems: The system automatically collects, normalizes, and comprehensively monitors resources within VMware’s vCenter virtualization system.
- Topology visualization: The system displays the entire system in a visual model, automatically updates device status and network connections, and detects and flags problems on the topology.
- Statistical report: The system provides detailed reports, customizable reports to meet specific requirements, and integrated automated reporting.
2. Privilege Access Management Module
LINKSAFE PAM (Privileged Access Management) – This module helps businesses manage, monitor, and control privileged accounts, protecting the system from abuse and data leaks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing information security.
.

Some Key Features:
- Manage user authentication information: Automated login, centralized management of privileged users, and secure password storage.
- Access control: Establish access policies, manage real-time sessions, and review resource access.
- Authentication and authorization: Authenticate and assign user permissions based on roles, and manage user sessions.
- Remote access management: Automatically records the entire session and supports remote access and command execution.
- System and log management: Establish policies for user management, and centrally collect, store, and analyze logs.
3. Zero Trust Network Access Module
LINKSAFE ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) – An advanced security module that applies a “Zero Trust” model to control network access, continuously verifying the identity of users and devices for users on the local and remote networks, ensuring that only trusted entities are allowed to access system resources.

Some Key Features:
- Identity and device management: Track, authenticate, and control access based on user identity.
- Minimum access rights: Grant only necessary access, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.
- Contextual access control: Adjust access permissions based on location, time, device, and context.
- Establish network access management policies: Establish and implement access policies to ensure flexible and secure control across the entire system.
- Centralized monitoring and management: It supports centralized management of network devices, provides statistics, monitors access activity, and generates detailed reports.
- Secure Remote Access (VPN): Provides secure access from the client to the gateway.
LINKSAFE – Key Features
- Meets minimum Information Security System Level 3 requirements – Easily integrates to Levels 4 and 5.
- Made in Vietnam products, ensuring national data security.
- The ecosystem is synchronized and compatible with existing infrastructure and security policies.
